Hello!

Well, if you haven't heard already we were in the hospital for a few days with RSV and pnemonia. That is Gavin had it. It all started out last Wednseday, took him to the doctor for a cough that he had, he tested negative for RSV and influenza. So then he just had bronchitis. We had to do breathing treatments and what not. Then early Sunday morning he was coughing and not able to catch his breath. Talk about being scared. We then took him to the ER, where of course he acted just fine. He was flirtin' with the nurses of course. He had more tests done and what do ya know. He tested positive for all that nasty stuff.

He did really well at the hospital here in Goodland. He didn't want to miss his meals at all, so that was a good thing. He did have to be on oxygen for awhile, but that I guess is very common with RSV. He wasn't the only baby there. There was also 2 others there. I guess it's going around really bad. Really RSV has always been around, it's pretty much the common cold, but for babies it's hard for them to breathe and get rid of all that "gunk" in there lungs.

So we are home and still doing breathing treatments, but Gavin is still as spunky as ever.

Other than that, life has been pretty exciting! Hope everyone else is staying healthy!

out what mom is doing. Can you tell he hasn't

missed a meal. He weighed in at 17lbs. What

a chunk! Ahhh....we love him!
