IT'S A BOY!
Wow, do I have a lot to tell you all. We had a beautiful bouncing baby boy on Sept 5 at 10:05am. His name is Gavin Loren Price and was 7lbs 1.8 oz and 19 1/4" long.
He has a big story to tell about how he came into this world. It all started on Aug 31st here at home. I was having contrations quite regularly and we went to the Goodland hosp. Needless to say we were flown AGAIN to Denver to Rose Medical Center. The first hosp. I went to was full, as in there NICU. Rose hosp. stopped my contractions, which was not fun and 5 days later I was discharged.
We then decided I needed to be closer to Denver just in cdase something happens. So I stayed at Glendon's parents house and Glendon went back home. It was not even 24 hours and my water broke! Glendon had to turn back around and his parents booked it into Denver at 2:00 in the morning. Good thing it wasn't during rush hour! We ended up going back to Presperterian/St. Luke's, thank goodness, because that is where my Dr. was. They took great care of us. The doctor was very surprised on how big he was for only being at 34 weeks along. Good thing I didn't go to full term. Yikes!
We finally got home this Sunday, Gavn had low blood sugar and was not very good at eating. Now he eats like a champ!
Well, hope you all enjoy the pictures. Glad that all of this is over with, now I can get up and around. Yeah!
