Needless to say we have been busy! The walls and ceiling are all textured and painted!

Next we have to do some edging up to the ceiling. The pictures don't show the paint

justice, but this will give you all an idea.

Well here we are again. We have officially finished sanding sheetrock! Yeah! It was pretty messy! Glendon and I looked like mummies when we left the house. Now we will start texturing and hopefully be painting this weekend! Here are some pictures of the rooms with the mud on and sanded.

Hello!

I thought I'd send some pictures on the brick. I'm really
liking it. Glendon and I have picked out a color for the siding that we have just on the big gables. It is called Mocha. Sounds delicious doesn't it. The brick layers are
on a short break visiting family so right now not a whole
lot is happening. I have a feeling that it's going to be to cold to do anything anyway. We are just busy still mudding. Looks good though. Messy! Bye for now!

Well, here we are again. I thought I better get some more pictures on the blog. Hopefully you can see them okay, it was kind of dark in our garage. We are done sheetrocking and now we are in the "mud" stage. I'm learning a lot and wearing a lot of mud also. Everyday it's lookng more like a house. We just ordered paint so I hope I like it. I'm sure I'll keep you all in the know when we start painting. The brick laying is going well, the south side of the house is almost done, just a few pieces around the windows. Now they are starting the front of the house. Yeah! I just love the color of it. Well, I better go. Enjoy!!
